Structure and Composition:
1 tablet contains gamma-aminobutyric acid 250 mg; in box 100, or 10 blisters of 10.

Pharmacological Effects:
Nootropic. Restores metabolic processes in the brain contributes to glucose utilization and disposal of toxic metabolic products, provides the normalization of the dynamics of nervous processes.

Pharmacodynamics:
Increases productivity of thinking, improves memory, has a soft stimulating effect, accelerates the recovery of movement and speech after cerebrovascular events, helps to reduce and stabilize high blood pressure, reduces dizziness and normalizes sleep.

Indications:
State after cerebrovascular events, traumatic brain injury (including children); atherosclerosis of cerebral arteries (with signs of softening of the brain), hypertension (especially with a headache, dizziness, sleep disorders), alcoholic encephalopathy and polyneuritis; Pediatric Practice - cerebral palsy, the effects of birth trauma, the backlog of mental development.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity.

Side effects:
Fever, nausea, insomnia, possible fluctuations in blood pressure (the first days of admission).

Dosage and administration:
Inside, before a meal. Adults - 3-3,75 g per day. Children from 1 to 3 years old - 1-2 grams per day, 4-6 years - 2-3 grams per day, over 7 years - to 3 grams per day. Duration of treatment - from 2 weeks to 4 months.
