Who can Hynek

Hynek used to treat diseases, sexually transmitted infections caused by sensitive to the drug mixed microflora, in particular, gonorrhea ─ Neisseria gonoroeae, trichomoniasis ─ Trichomonas vaginalis and other pathogens of bacterial vaginosis, vaginitis, cervicitis, urethritis, etc. (Gardnerella vaginalis and other anaerobic bacteria, Candida albicans, Haemophylus ducreyi).
How to use Hynek Dosage and administration.

Tablets from a set, namely one tablet (1 gram) of azithromycin, 2 tablets (2 g) seknidazola, 1 tablet (150 mg) Fluconazole is taken orally once daily for one day.

Azithromycin take 1 g once for 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals. Seknidazol take a single dose of 2 g during the meal, to prevent it from irritating to the lining of the digestive tract.

Fluconazole is taken once 150 mg with or without food.

Interaction Ginekita

In the application set must be aware of the interaction of drugs within its structure, with other medicines, especially: antacids containing aluminum hydroxide and magnesium levodopa, tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, fluoxetine, oral hypoglycemic agents - sulfonylureas, coumarin anticoagulants series, cyclosporine, rifampin, hydrochlorothiazide, phenytoin, theophylline, terfenadine.

For example, antacids containing aluminum hydroxide and magnesium, reduces the absorption of azithromycin.

Seknidazol enhances the effects of levodopa. With the simultaneous use Seknidazola with tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors and fluoxetine may have toxic effects - hyperthermia, muscle rigidity, myoclonus, coma.

Fluconazole increases the effect of oral hypoglycemic agents (sulfonylureas), coumarin anticoagulants, the urinary excretion of cyclosporin and rifampicin. While the use of hydrochlorothiazide, the concentration of fluconazole increased 40%. Fluconazole increases the plasma concentration of phenytoin and theophylline.

The simultaneous use of terfenadine may lead to serious disturbances of heart rhythm.
